Can you ship door to door with DHL? I sent a cheap $30 dollar electric item and never got here through serpost. I could see all sorts of problems occurring if I sent a $400 item. Hi, What Citi can help you with is opening the account in the US. I'm not sure if they only do this for you when you have a significant amount of money, though. But it doesn't hurt to try. I know of a person who did open an account in the Lima branch, and Citi did the paperwork for them in the US. ...

You should have no trouble linking your paypal to a usa bank account. If you are, you should contact paypal to help you out. If you are trying to link paypal to a peruvian bank account, you can not. You can use paypal to *pay* via a peruvian credit card though. I don't understand what, "Open a...

I have some questions about freelancing and banking. I am looking at freelancing on odesk. It looks like foreign banks are charged $30 for wiring to the account. Is it better to setup a bank account in the U.S. and have it wired there? Are you able to use a Debit Card to take out money in Peru?
