Re: Teaching Music

There are plenty of people, parents, children, musicians who can afford you and pay even more. And if you are really good like it sounds, you should do well. The problem is getting to the people who need you. How about group classes, that would enable you to advertise your services to get private st...

Re: Monsters in Peru

Silvascreen, I speak from experience. If you come to Peru, and try and work this out with her, you will lose big time, and your son worse. The only way you can do this, is to totally cut her off, and get her to sign a court appointed agreement with you regarding her care of the son and how much you ...

Re: HER KIDS...

I agree with Philip. He is saying to the kids: Look, I am helping to make your life better, help me out a little too, show me some appreciation, do some chores around the house. No one gets any respect from a free ride. If on the other hand, he was not funding the kids, and making comments about how...

Re: First Long-Term Study of GMO Corn‏

Difficult to compare Monsanto a 47 billion dollar company to placebo pills, if they are that. Doubtful whether the pills are connected with the writing of the article. California has led the way against air pollution standards, like stopping people from breathing in heavy metals when they go for a w...

Re: First Long-Term Study of GMO Corn‏

This is a paid for article, properganda for Monsanto and company. Really don´t you get it? But on the other side where is the money to be made, where are they going to make money on seeds, where are the investments going to increase because of demand. There is no profit motive, got it?

Re: First Long-Term Study of GMO Corn‏

Another nail in the coffin. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/ocean-robbins/gmo-california-vote_b_1955563.html It won´t take long now before more people start to realize, just a matter of time. And what happens in California usually ends up spreading way and beyond. I fail to understand how one can comp...

Re: First Long-Term Study of GMO Corn‏

Alan the point is that assuming that that GM is equal is not correct, it is not tried and tested as non GM which has been for milenia. There is a technology that will make the seeds produce sterile seeds. As it is farmers are allowed contractually to produce for one year and then you have to buy mor...

Re: First Long-Term Study of GMO Corn‏

You may not be biologists, but the problem with your argument Alan is that we know that before GM the natural process worked, once there is large scale infection and cross pollination there is no going back. The whole industry is about making money and controlling seed supply. As Henry Kissenger sai...

Re: Need Advice Peruvian fiance and baby?

4 months is way way to short of a time. The rule of thumb here is 3 years, it´s a good rule. You seem like a good guy. Think and act carefully. 700 soles may not be scamming you, but having a baby with you after knowing you only 4 months is .... Also as would be the case anywhere, it is a little str...

Re: I'm new and confused

The first thing to understand is that you have fallen in love and that can distort the reality of the situation. Furthermore, if you had met someone in the US, you would know where she was educated, where she came from, what type of area she was brought up in, who is her ex husband, etc, etc. Here y...

Re: Centro de Conciliacion

The centro de conciliación is not looking out for your interests. Yes it is making the process legal, and I can tell you from experience that what is written in those documents is very legally binding. Very strong indeed. For that reason you need a lawyer, whether the price of s/1500 is right is ano...

Censorship is wrong because it can withhold the truth from people.

Re: good service at inmigraciones

The problem is not getting this document, the problem is when you want to leave the country and they ask you for the taxes you are suppose to have paid from the business you have supposedly done. I have seen imigration in a border station close to Puno stop someone from leaving the country for this.

Re: My K1 status wife now says she wants to leave the US

Talk to a lawyer first...because all the advise you receive here is not for sure. The laywer should present all of your options. Pick the best one and stay with that. The daughter has suceeded in what she wanted. Make sure that your wife understands that we not be able to change her mind once she go...

Re: Child Support of 17 yo Peruvian step-daughter

If I may be so bold, I would suggest however, bad the daughter is, never to criticize her in conversation with the mother or in front of the mother, or if you have, don´t do it anymore. She will be out of your life soon enough, but critizing her may come back to haunt you later.

Re: Child Support of 17 yo Peruvian step-daughter

Not a chance in hell!!! You may want to check with a Lawyer just in case. But if they have that type of money to sue you in the US, that would be another reason why the father should be able to pay the expenses of his daughter.

This is all good and pretty brave of you. You are obviously determined.

I might be wrong but I think you need a gerente general. A person who does have a CE or DNI. After that it is possible that the gerente general can hire you but you have to fill certain conditions.
