It shouldn't be an issue not to get Peruvian citizenship for your child. They're going to understand that a baby BORN in Peru isn't going to have an extra stamp. I can speak for other countries. Registering a foreign divorce in Peru. Exequatur.

Has anyone done this? My ex said it would be faster, easier, and cheaper to just get divorced again. After two months and $515 we are no closer to being divorced in Peru. I would just like to go the exequatur divorce route. If anyone has any info it would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, that sucks. I was under the assumption that he was only given 30 days to begin with. I'm not really sure how people do something like this without planning ahead.

He told me the UAE embassy told him they couldn't legalise his docs.

How did you get your docs legalised?

Yes unfortunately the RREE doesn't publish which consulate has jurisdiction over which country. But when you already contacted the UAE consulate why didn't you asked there. You first have to find the correct Peruvian Embassy / Consulate that has jurisdiction over the country the document is from. Each country has different offices that have to pre-legalize the document before the Peruvian Embassy / Consulate will accept it and legalize it for use in Peru. But I'm sure...

It's something that I heard of, but never know anyone who has done it. I agree, it wouldn't make sense for a child to be able to sponsor an adult unless the child was of age. I don't think an underaged child would be able to do it, but with loopholes and lawyers, you might find a way to do some type...

YOu might want to consider leaving Peru to get a divorce. Different places have different rules. Look at Nevada and Guam for quick divorces.

I'm looking for info about natural birthing (before and after) in Peru, homebirths, breastfeeding counselors, IBCLC, child birthing educators, doulas, placenta encapsulations, etc. I've found one doula and LLL. I also found Pakarii.

I did it for two years, working on my own, privates. It is hard, I did make decent money, but there are downsides. People quit, miss class, no health insurance, pension, etc.

A couple months ago I asked if babies can have three names, my hsuband said they couldn't. Turns out he was wrong. The baby was born 3 weeks early after 52 hours of labour. At 2.73 kilos and 47cm TMI's names are longer than her!

Naturegirl, that is not correct. You can be the owner ( shareholder, socio ) of a business in Peru. You cannot work as an employee as a tourist or without the proper visa.
