Turbo Tax is a nice program...however...from what I understand you cannot file electronically if you do not have a social security or tax ID number for a spouse who is a non-resident alien. Hmmm...so if we want to move back to the US we need to get her visa...but then once obtained we have to get our act together (secure US job, residence, etc) within only 6 months???

We cant move unless we have those things, naturally. So what happens if we dont go there within 6 months???

whether or not anyone thinks that spending that much money on anyone is right or wrong, the point is that it shoulda been a red flag when she even ACCEPTED or ASKED for such things. most normal people dont need or what so much.

Just returned from Interpol.

They gave me envelope (pre-addressed) and said to send it to FBI.

Also, they said filing would be done electronically and I should check website with code # to see when/if my case is complete.

Once it is, I am told I can go back to Migracion to get Carnet.
