Yes, but more-than-likely you will have to provide an ID. The reason is that they want to be able to track your phone should it be lost, used for crimes, etc. The law changed about 2 years ago and all old SIM cards were cancelled if they were not re-registered which meant showing your Claro or Movis...

When you sell a home or car, you ask for top dollar based on what you think your home is worth (after looking at MLS listings, Zillow, etc...).
