Trailers have wheels and need to be transported on good roads. Then they are put in a a good flat and stable place.

Maybe a problem of transport costs, of road quality and of stable ground?

I believe the vast majority of problems and issues in Peru have their origin in the terrible education system. How they drive, hygiene (throw garbage), speak (full of insults), unreliability and no respect for the common other, those are all education issues. If Peru will ever evolve from just being...

Has anyone installed a USA DirecTV in Peru (US package, receiver and card)?

It is the same satellite sending the signals, so you probably only need the american receiver box and card (and a US address, US credit card to pay it). I was wondering if there is any restrictions.

tks.

Re: No more schengen tourist visa for peruvians ?

About 20-25 years ago, before the EU, Peruvians could travel within most of Europe without a visa. Question is, why did they lose that status? I think it had to do with drug smuggling and migration.

As for business, we are dealing with a different visa. I think Ollanta made a mistake here as well..

Movers are always managed between different companies, thus a lot of money gets lost on the way. Cheapest is always to have someone handle until Callao port. The rest then gets handled by a Peruvian operator. Try Express Transport http://www.express.com.pe/ You can ask them who they work with in India
