Re: Apartment in San Borja

Of course! We tried initially with a real estate agent. In the beginning they made appointments for a showing they did not keep, and made promises to take quality pictures and post on the ReMax website. Of course they did not do that either. After no response from emails or calls, we dropped them an...

My Peruvian born kids have Jr. after their father's (my) last name! So they are Smith Jr Perez. I tried to explain about the use of suffixes, but they wouldn't have any of my ligic. Fortunately, the US Embassy could do a correction on the US documents. Two different names in two different countries....

If your girlfriend lives in Lima, she should go and visit the office and ask them what you need. You will need a original birth certificate. If you are from the states it will have to be verified at the Peruvian consulate nearest to where you were born. I lived in Florida and sent it to Miami. The r...

You need to get a original copy of your birth certificate. If you were born in Florida, you send it to the Peruvian consulate in Miami. They have to authenticate it. If you were born in another area you have to send it to the consulate closest to your state of birth. I am a a Hoosier. After I sent m...
