Does anyone else notice a pattern here? Expats asking for a recommendation for a florist, then asking for advice about bureaucracy to get married in a civil ceremony in Peru then posting about how to get a divorce? LOL

There is a reason why carpets are a rarity in Lima, starting with the humidity. Carpets are unhygienic and impractical there. Eww... Like wearing the same pair of underwear for years and rinsing them once in a while as you are attempting to do.

After foolishly spending over USD100 on a mediocre buffet breakfast at the Marriott in retrospect the best breakfast I had was at the mercado in Callao.
