I´ve seen these price for a roasted chicken in Plaza Vea here in Lima.

Let's be honest, it is not the best Pollo a la brasa you can taste, because it is roasted in the same store with a hot air machine, it is not a real pollo a la brasa...

I can honestly say that I have had nothing but very good experiences with all the Venezuelans I have met at the stores and restaurants where they work. A few friends are also employing them and they rave about their work ethic. Overall, they seem to be making a good contribution to Peru. Thats nice...

We shouldnt generalize, but right now here in Peru V-people arriving are Lower class people, that doenst justify nothing, but it help us to understand.

The main day of the carnaval here is Sunday, Feb 11th 2018.

As far as I know, in Lima all Sundays of February are carnaval sundays. But in cities like Cajamarca they have a main event day, an schedule and all that stuff. Regards.

In general, Peru has been a great supporter of the Venezuelan people these days. As a Venezuelan myself I am thankful for all the help the president PPK has have to Venezuela. I see it as an strategy to increase cultural mix in this country, both cultural and genetic, as crazy as that can seem. LOL....

Venezuela was in a much better position in the past. And yes, many people of many countries went there looking for a better life and they were able to get it. Venezuela is a country of immigrats.

I had a similar experience but in Magdalena district. I had to pay the officer to let me go as I was with Peruvian friends and I didn't wanted to ruin their night. I still feel bad for paying those bastards.
