I understand that some banks in Peru offer Leasing inmobilitario con opcion de compra inmueble as a method of providing financing for the construction of a home. Has anyone been successful in using that finance option?

The new law looks encouraging. However, I am still anxious about what the regulations will say. Since I have a Rentista Visa I am concerned whether the income requirements for a Rentista Visa will change and whether I have to reapply for a Rentista Visa. It looks like the wait is still not over.

I use Taxi Green when I go from the airport to my hostal. I use the taxi service arranged by my hostal to go from the hostal to the airport. This arrangement has served me well.

I think it is all about what you want most for your lifestyle. For me, I wanted a place that was safe, the climate was like Spring most of the year and I would not have a problem with my seasonal allergies. I tried Tacna, Peru for two weeks and I realized that it was the place for me to retire.

I found a wonderful restaurant here in Tacna. I ate there every day for a month for 6 soles per meal. Unfortunately, I came down with a bad case of parasites. I have returned to my routine of eating only at home.

There is one more thing to consider. I do not believe that Eutirox comes in 112 mcg tablets. They do come in 125 mcg tablets. I pay 56.73 soles for 50 tablets of the 125 mcg strength. I take Levothyroxine also. In the United States I had problems with some generic forms of Synthroid. In Peru I buy Eutirox made by Merck. My thyroid profile blood tests show that it consistently works well. Also, it is inexpensive and you can buy it without prescription.

There are a lot of variables that depend on facts that are not included in your inquiry, such as the content of the documents given your wife. You should definitely take your wife to a good lawyer and bring copies of the documents along with you.

I am originally from Texas. I read a recent article that people who live in the cities of Texas have a greater life expectancy than people who live in the rural areas of Texas. I believe they attributed it to better access to quality medical care.
