Yeah found that one. Looks like a company ya gotta pay them a few soles to build that reputation. From their front page describing themselves, "the leading data and insights technology powering global companies to build credibility worldwide" key word 'build'.

Yeah, I can see why Argentina is a model to look to. It is one of the richest nations in South America, Peru landing just above Venezuela as one of the poorest.
