Beach Property

My wife and I are investigating purchasing a beach house with the idea of renting it for a few yrs until we retire back to Lima. Does anyone have any contacts with property management companies or individuals that could care for the place when we are not there.

Does anyone here have rental properties in Lima or the beaches? If so, do you manage them yourself or have you hired a management company to do that for you?

Mrsteak,
Just a few questions out of curiosity:
1. Why are you in Peru?
2. When are you planning to leave?
3. Where are you going?

Chi Chi,

The first rental you posted is a one bed/bath and the second is not even in Lima. It says it is 3 beds/2 baths but is 63 sq meters which is roughly 680 sq feet!!! So with 5 separate rooms each would have to be extremely small!!!!

Don't waist your time buying a crappy suit. It's never worth it. Go to Casa Espana (http://www.casaespanaperu.com) and spend some money to have it done correctly. A suit should reflect who you are and what you think of yourself. It lets others know that you respect them. Also, a well crafted suit is...

What about a soccer coach? Sergio Markarián is making $775,000 a year and del Solar before him was making $30,000/month! As for players, I have seen past stats that they are paid somewhere between $15,000 and $300,000/year for the domestic leagues. Of course the international players are paid more e...

S/.100000 = $36000 US/year. It's really not that much. My wife, when she worked for Telefonica as a "Junior Executive" had a $3000/month salary. Her supervisor was making about $42000 and her boss about $54000. This was before they fired everyone and replaced them with 3-4 people per posit...
