I am not as familiar with JC as I am with other airports but last time I was there (not long ago...) and the food court had their prices in dollars and not soles and it wasn't bloody cheap! A bottle of Inca Kola and a packet of crisps was nearly 10 dollars! Now Bogota Airport was far more affordable...

I work in an office in Magdalena and my family are members at the Cricket Club. That area surrounding the Club is nice and I would say pretty darn safe. Had the usual look at house prices in Lima again on adondevivir the other day. I check the prices out every now and again and I still don't understand how the housing prices are so high or how they can justify the prices. The market really is insane.
