Re: Stuck in the Visa Process (to the US) for my Peruvian Husband

After writing NVC and the Lima embassy asking for help, The embassy quickly responded and informed my Wife of her interview next month! I do not know if everyone is aware but USCIS is closing their office at the Embassy as of this Friday! Good luck to all.

I understand there were under 100,000 fruitcakes ever produced and fewer than that in existence today. Legend has it that they were produced in Europe in the early 1900's and shipped in "tins" to customers in Europe and USA only. Most were never opened and consumed and nowadays's they are ...

You will be required to file a Fincen 114 yearly and the interest you earn will be taxed as well. The money will not be insured. Failure to file the Fincen will result in stiff fines and possible loss of passport. You will have to pay the financial transaction tax to the Peruvian Gov as well.
