I had no trouble opening my bank account with InterBank,i went in with Passport and my Australian Drivers Licence and International Drivers Licence no problem
Maybe it depends on who you see and the frame of mood there in,i went in early :D

to drink something really cold...walk barefoot,take a shower after eating..opening the fridge door the wrong way,ironing after ive had a shower,even having tea with milk....im glad its not just me LOL

YOu mean pay your OZ credit card here in Peru? I don't know, you could ask. If you did that, you'd probably be subject to some type of fee, or maybe the exchange rate if you paid with soles.
