If the phone you want to unlock was bought from any of the local carriers on a "post-pago" contract all you (the registered owner) have to do is to take the phone to any of their service offices after the contract expired and they will unlock it for free

I was reading the DISCAMEC website and it seems to me that you will be able to bring your weapons with you, the procedure to follow will depend on your migratory status; just make sure to have your original puchase invoices and licences on hand.

Tax exemptions can be obtained but it is a long process and one month will not suffice.

My suggestion is to download/buy a copy of Rosetta Stone here in Lima and use your 6 original license keys to register your software, that way everything will be OK

Almost any bus company going to Cusco will take your luggage from Lima, encomiendas are a very common way of sending packages.
