Malecon de Miraflores... it's hard to imagine, but 20 years ago, these spaces were terrible. Are there other treatment plants up & running or anticipated in Peru? Peru has made a great effort the last years to clean up the Ocean and it is being done well, but it is needed to work more and more in provinces PTAR = Planta de Tratamiento de Aguas Residuales Lima cover 98% of all the waste...
