I feel it is silly to lock a topic that should be open for discussion. No idea should get special privileges, guarding it from skeptisim. . My friend is Australian but had a Peruvian mother (she has since died). Does anyone know if my fiend can obtain Peruvian citizenship and passport based on Peruvian roots?
