We need to border hop to change the status of my kids. Leave on the US passport and enter with DNI. Any hotels near the border? Wants to spend a day in Tumbes and catch reliable taxi from the hotel to the border and back , preferable 4 stars+ or resort

From what I have researched it depends on the concentrated of the ribar. I have yet to see this type of reinforcement in Peru.

I have lived in LA most my life. I have seen concrete parking structures collapse and ribar snap. The weight of the concrete will crush you to death. Talk to these guys in Lima, they've done steel reinforced multi floor projects. Most people now are doing 2nd and 3rd floor additions with drywall.

I am told his Birth Certificate has to be Apostillised in the US.

Peruvian Passport for a child born in the US to a Peruvian

Any one have info on: Peruvian Passport for a child born in the US to a Peruvian parent. Currently moved back to Peru.I am told we may need to travel back to the US to have his birth certificate legalized and presented to the local consulate for certification.

Anyone gone thru the process?

Lived in California fir 25 years, the homes were stucco and drywall. Chiclayo is sunny and warm unlike Lima.
All homes I know of in the US are drywall, east coast brick

There is no legal basis to enforce it at this time. The Reglamento for DL 1236 is yet to be published. The law will not come into effect until 90 days after the Reglamento is published.
