Sorry to disappoint you, but it's extremely unlikely that a normal language school will arrange a work visa for you. If you are a certified teacher you might be lucky at one of the English schools or at a university.

You only need the permission to sign contracts to legally sign your potential work contract. As Fanning already stated the work visa is another story and may not be so straightforward as lots of paperwork and patience is involved.
