Just realized I didn't get back. As you all mentioned I found the smoked Salmon at Wong in the freezers. I skipped on the Wong store brand and bought an imported one. Actually after many years without smoked salmon it was really delicious :)

Yes Madre Natura in Miraflores has Gluten (and lots of other great healthy ingredients for bread) and just last week I saw it as well at the Plaza Vea at Ovalo Higuereta for the first time in 8 years.

After 2 years legal residency in Peru on a carné you can apply for the immigrant visa. But for the application you have to prove a yearly income of at least 10 UITs (1 UIT was in 2013 S/. 3700). Getting Peruvian citizenship isn't an option for me: first of all as German it's not that easy applying for a second nationality, generally speaking (there are a few exceptions) Germany doesn't allow dual citizenship and second, sorry, but I don't feel like a Peruvian and couldn't become one.
