I have tried several different brands this year (and last year). Besides the dried fruit contents, I could not make out a significant difference in terms of quality and taste. Much of a muchness, to be honest. Even difference between cheap (15.-) and expensive (35.-) I found hard to tell.

We send quite a lot ot samples all over the world. Sometimes we use a courier but we actually prefer to use Serpost EMS service. It's not a fast a DHL but we have never had problems with EMS whereas we have had numerous issues with DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and the likes.

Tingo to Oxapampa is at least 10 hours by road. There's no direct connection from either TM or Huanuco so you'll first need to head south (Junin/Acobamba/Tarma)

The road TM to Pucallpa has a turn to the south half-way across. Perhapa you can try with taxis there? Def need to ask around in TM.

I agree with opening up a business (Pizza restaurant is a great choice as Peruvian pizza's are very unItalian :). No they do not stamp your passport with a warning or anything special when you overstay. Pay the fee and you'll be fine. Heard of people that overstayed every trip for many trips.

I recommend doing it before so that when you apply you can hand in the interpol results. Saved me some time. Note that the Interpol results are valid for 3 months (could be 6 months as well).

Huanuco. Up and coming. They market themselves as the best climate in the world. It's not cosmopolitan, but not a small village either. Land is still affordable, but prices are going up. I think it is the fastest growing city in Peru.

I went through the process last year. Interpol went pretty smooth with me (Dutch national). Afaik no information was sent to my old home address in the Netherlands. Best to call Interpol and clarify to see if they received the results as well.

Getting all the paperwork done before initial application can take 4 weeks (Labor can take a while). Don't forget the permission to sign before you apply. Also, getting the Interpol process started before you file (week before) is recommended. With me the application was approved in 16 days.

Not sure about the price but I have a prepaid sim from Claro which I am using on my phone that has WIFI. I can use Whatsapp when I have a WIFI connection. But the prepaid sim does not offer any 3g/4g internet so no Whatsapp when you are not in range of a WIFI connection.

I would go to a restaurant that has things on the menu such as Pachamanca, locro de gallina,picante de cuy (for the more daring people) or any dish with Alpaca.
