Yeah, Jamie is right. If you are ever in Trujillo I recommend you visit restaurant turistico "El Mochica". They have three restuarants in the city and the food is great.

I have been to one of the zoos in Lima but I can´t remember the name. I didn´t like it very much. Compared to other zoos I have visited in Europe and Mexico it is pretty dirty and ugly and the animals live in poor conditions.

Yes, this is true. If you entered before June 27 it is the same as bafore and you can get 3 renewals. If after they can give you up to 180 days. It doesent mean you will get 180 days. they may only give you 30 days if the agent wants to. Since July 1, all the inspectors at the airport are police no...

Changes to tourist visa?

My girlfriend went to the immigrations office in Chimbote and they told her that there is a new law that says you can no longer get extensions for your tourist visa. I still wouldn't call it an insult though, after all it's just a movie. By the way, I love the old Indiana Jones mo...

I have crossed the border with Ecuador. We got ripped of by two con men who claimed to be working for the cifa bus company and a corrupt cop. The border area is very dirty and unsafe.

Here are some more: fichas=money fuerte=sexy, goodlooking [/quote] Those two above are not peruvian slangs. Money is usually: guita or plata "Fuerte" is used by spaniards. That's really "fuerte" or heavy, refering to something very overwhelming. Actually they most certainly ARE. ...

Try Ella Me Levanto

That's probably it. Another recent song by Daddy Yankee is El Impacto but that doesn't have trumpets.

By the way, not all reggaeton is explicit.
