ChiChi..... - None of the crashes (and robberies) you mention happened on the route Lima/Tacna; they all happened in the Andes, some of them in quite remote parts, where the roads still are very bad. Spritzers are made with sparkling water + white wine Like you use wine to prepare a Sangria. But don't say that it makes your wine taste great!
