My wife is good at predicting these things, so I guess I should pass it on. THERE WILL BE AN EARTHQUAKE BETWEEN TONIGHT ( the 13th is her best guess) AND AUGUST 16TH! The quake will be between 4 & 6 on the richter scale. Epicenter will be within 300km (south of Lima). Anybody interested in a sm...

You need to have majority (by sq mtr) to force a new junta de properterios installing yourself as president. Get a new management company or better yet have the building manage itself. Inscribe the Junta in public register and open a bank account in their name with two signatures required.
