Expat and peruvian incorporating a small business in Peru

Postby bazo20 » Mon Sep 02, 2013 7:09 pm

Hi!

Me and a Canadian friend want to incorporate a business here in Peru. Is tour related so basically the job is outdoors and the "office" would be my home.

I know (or at least i think) that my expat friend would need to ask for a "Special Permit to sign contracts" in Digemin (Form 004, pay the fee, copy of passport, etc) but afterwards i dont know were to go from there.

Is only the two of us, something very small and not all year long. So the thing is that we are not planning to have a General Manager or Board or anything of that.

Any advise, help or whatever would be much appreciated, thanks!
