looking for 3-month apartment rental

Postby calygirl » Sun Nov 10, 2013 1:25 pm

My husband and I are starting our search for an furnished apartment rental for January - April. We need a 2-bedroom place centrally located in Miraflores. Been searching in the usual sites for places, but so far, haven't seen anything to our liking. Let me know if you know of any leads.
Thanks much.

After searching for weeks on various sites, I finally found a short-term rental apartment in Miraflores at this site: www.perfectplaces.com
The owner lives in the US and has several apartments listed on this site.
The price is reasonable for a short-term rental.

Just check out what's included and not included. If the price is reasonable then there might be some hidden extras. Or the place is in a bad condition. Just like many hostels, they post nice pictures on their website but when your arrive at the place then it ends up being a hole.

I have some friends that needed a 2 month lease and they looked at people renting as "vacation rentals". They are usually available for nights, weeks or month at a time. It worked out well for them. Since the apartments are ready for vacationers, they are furnished and the price usually includes utilities, building maintenance fee, internet/cable etc.

You could also check airbnb.com for apartments...
