Hi! I would like to know if I procesd my work visa and get a carnet, can I also have my husband process and have his own carnet under mine? Thanks in advance!

As soon your work visa is approved and you have your carné, you are a legal foreign resident in Peru. Then your husband can apply for a "Visa Familiar de Residente para el caso de casado con extranjera residente en el pais"; so a family visa based on being married to a foreign resident.

But I am pretty sure that that visa doesn't allow you to work. I have seen cases around me in that situation.
