Does any one have an opinion of this ISP? We would use it in San Borja. Thanks!

I've heard its a luck bet, as it works with antennas and signals you can awesome or crappy signal quality. they work with speed limits... if you reach the download limit they have for each plan within a month, your speed will drop and you will have to wait to the next month to get it restored.

IMHO: it is great if you need to go mobile frequently, and its prepaid...

I have two of these as backup in Miraflores. They work quite well. I found one on Olx Peru for only 100 soles.
I lent one to my sister in law in San Juan de Miraflores and it works very well there. If you are behind lots of concrete you might have issues. I noticed Scotia Bank has Olo right inside the lobby in Miraflores near Parque kennedy.

It works well on Youtube and VOIP calls.
..A Peruvian once asked me:what's the difference between special and abnormal?.....well my answer was : Lady Gaga and Miley Cyrus..
