Visited Cusco - Machu Picchu

We had an amazing trip full of breathtaking views. This was a four day trek on the Inca trail that ended in Machu Picchu.

Damn nice video!! Tell us a little bit about where you stayed and what company you used. It looked first class!

And congrats to you both on the engagement! Very smooth proposal! 8)

Thank you! It was actually my two close friends engagement and I'm very happy for them.

We acclimated in Cusco for a day and stayed at the Marriott. The tour we went with was called Llama Path, and we signed up for the 4 day 3 night trek on the original Inca trail. We booked very early in advance, almost 7-8 months to get a good time so book early.

It was an amazing adventure with breathtaking views. Highly recommend this. Hope this helps!

Wow.. the weather was beautiful! What time of year was it? If you don't mind me asking how expensive was 4 day 3 night trek with them?

The video was off the scale on the nice side by the way!!

It was actually a week ago, suppose to rain but didn't. It was roughly $800 for the tour. Sorry, I don't know the exact amount since the 6 of us paid all together.

Thanks for watching!

That was $800 for the six of you? Looks like it included everything. :) How many days did the tour last?

It's per person. 4 days/3 night tour includes lunch, dinner, tents and personal porter. Does not include tip to porters and tour guide.

WOW. Have prices ever skyrocketed... I won't tell you what I was paying when visiting MP 15-20 years ago! :)

At those prices, I hope Atahualpa's great, great, great, great grandchildren guided you. But if profit was the main driving force, then perhaps it's more likely that a descendant of an illiterate, illegitimate conquistador guided you.
