Importing Plants to Peru

Postby MeGustaPeru » Mon Oct 30, 2017 11:19 pm

I am married to a Peruvian and we are moving to Lima in a few months. I have a small collection of plants I want to bring with me and I cannot find accurate information on importing the plants into that country. None of my plants are endangered, listed as noxious weeds, illegal, etc...

I have looked at both US exportation and Peruvian importation websites but have yet to find definitive information. Any information will be appreciated!

SENASA and DIGESA deal with agricultural matters in Peru. We export agri products and get some paperwork through these organizations. I am guessing this is also the case for importing:

Thank you for the information, FDiH!

I came across SENASA before but I have not seen the other site. I will look around there and see what I find, I see a link to the agricultural ministry there.
