The car is in Lima with ingreso temporal which is suspended now till we can sell the car or travel out of Peru
Then you either have to bribe the customs to somehow get it out, or you must bring the car back to US or bring it to another country. I doubt a foreigner will buy a car in this situation. If someone goes back to US he will rather buy a car in US, it will be cheaper and less trouble than buying a car in unclear situation in Peru. Why buy a trouble?
