Rehabbing an older apartment; doesn't have available hot water.
Trying to decide whether to install gas or electric hot water delivery.
Have used both options in the past but they were already in place at the building.
In researching this it appears gas is cheaper to use while electric is more convenient to install.
Any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I'd go with gas if you're on a budget.

Need good water pressure for gas thermas! I have both but have not used the gas in years.

Things have changed. We used to have a gas boiler that cut out all of the time due to low pressure, but we swapped it for a new model a few years ago and found one that runs on practically zero pressure. Brand is Aquamaxx and the specs on the side say 2000Pa which is 0.02bar.
