Just making sure...

What documents are needed for marriage in Peru?
I see what the internet says, but just want to make sure.
My US expat friend plans to get married in Peru in August 2018.
Best wishes to him & his future wife as marriage is a huge life decision.

Make sure you got your medical records. HIV test and blood work.
You'll also need proof of singlehood.

If your girlfriend lives in Lima, she should go and visit the office and ask them what you need. You will need a original birth certificate. If you are from the states it will have to be verified at the Peruvian consulate nearest to where you were born. I lived in Florida and sent it to Miami. The rejected it and sent it back to me, because I was born in Indiana, and told me to send it to Chicago. Good luck.
