Multi-vitamins

Postby woodchuck » Fri May 10, 2019 6:48 pm

Any suggestions on where to purchase good quality multi-vitamins in Peru?
The store & price for how many would be appreciated.
Do the vitamins include magnesium & zinc?
Best health to everyone.

It is not necessary in a country as Peru where you can get free vitamins eating fresh vegetables and fresh fruits all year around

There is no best way to ingest vitamins through their natural way

With vegetables and fruits we are not only ingesting vitamins + also the necessary minerals + fibers + antioxidants + phytochemicals

The concept of "multi-vitamins" thing, is a western idea. But nothing can compare to mother-nature

All the Boticas you see in out here are owned by like 3 big holdings, the prices are not far away from each other... I've used in the past Centrum vitamins, I think they are fine. More or less S/200 for a bottle of 100 pills
