Call Center Services

Postby Claudia1973 » Mon May 11, 2009 2:49 pm

My husband and I just moved to Peru and heard that they have many call centers. If my husband and I, for our business, wanted to hire them, how do they work? Is anyone familiar?

Someo f them only hire people with legal working status. Expect to get about 2 to 3 dollars an hour. Teaching English is usually better

Naturegirl, they were asking about hiring them not working for them.

Claudia, I assume you just negotiate a contract with them that covers whatever services you need.

Sorry, I read too quickly.

I htink that you should go to the big name ones and work out a contract. There are a couple that advertise here.

Yeah we have about 10,000 telephone numbers. We do not want to call ourselves, but hire (outsource) this to a Call Center. We read that Peru has many call centers, so suspect someone would know of a least one or two companies.

But maybe the call centers are used for internal company use only?

Call centers will do whatever it is that you contract them to do. My only suggestion is to make sure you have a clean list of numbers (if they are USA based) that are not on the do not call list so you don't get sued (if they can sue you).
