recommended seafood restaurant

Peruvian food. Yum! It is not why we came, but it´s why we stay. Let´s talk about restaurants, ingredients, recipes and more.

We've been a few times to Limon and Aji. The best seafood and Ceviche restaurant I encountered so far in Peru. Good service as well.

The reviews sound good but unfortunately that place is a 26 hours drive from my home.

In Miraflores, three or four blocks continuing from the last (3rd) Ovalo de Pardo is a seafood restaurant with some Italian influence due to the startup person being an immigrant from Italy. This restaurant also has locations in other countries as well. There ceviche and pisco sours are the best I have found in Peru.

As someone who isn't a big fan of Peruvian food i do have to admit the seafood is great here. The place mentioned by Richard and Nora is extremely good and has a restaruant also in Miami and Buenos Aires, if it's the restaurant by the BMX park that they are meaning.

Punta Sal is another one that's ok and i always liked Embar Cabero 41 altho i don't know if it will be as good as it use to be as there is a few of the restaurants now and sometimes that effects the quality of the original.

Senor Limon's worth checking out.

They've recently opened a new 2nd restaurant in San Miguel at Av. Universitaria 722, which I find to be a bit quieter than their other more well known place on La Mar, also in San Miguel.
