Review: Long Horn Restaurant Jokey Plaza Mall

The meat was too salty and overcooked.
Desserts too sweet.
The service was bad despite plenty of waiters around.

I was there on January 17, 2015 I asked for a Baby Beef cooked medium with french fries. The beef came RAW I had to send it back, it was also full of FAT and GRIZZLE. I only could eat half of the meat. I complained to the waiter he really cold not care one way or the other. My review of Long Horn is a 1 out of 10. Service was slow and horrible they had only 10 tables to wait on so they can not blame it on being busy. I will NEVER go back again.
Thank you
Bobby

Go to TGIF. It's located opposite Longhorn but much better.
Big portions, friendly staff and much better food.

For some unknown reason we tried out Longhorn in the Jockey this weekend.
The service was not awesome, but also it is was not bad considering we are in Peru. However the meat was a disgrace, an overcooked piece of fatty grizzly leather which they attempt to pass as Bife de Chorizo. The fries came out cold.
I never remember it being this bad the last time I went, but that was well over a year ago.

Congratulations LongHorn Jockey you have successfully lost another customer for life.

Chi Chi - TGIF is no better, in fact they serve some of the crappiest food on the planet.

From Sol de La Molina I wouldn't have bothered driving as far as Jockey, you should have just stopped at El Hornero.

I can understand it if you see the menu prices at Hornero. The trip is quite quick to Jockey. Only about ten minutes by car.

I've never had a bad meal at El Hornero, and never left feeling hungry.
You only get what you pay for.

I happened to be in the Jockey at the time, hence the selection.

El Hornero is good, like you rightly say you only get what you pay for. I find Rodizio pretty reasonable, but the best one by far in in Aviacion, the one in La Molina is only so so.

As Adrian says the trip tot he Jockey is pretty quick, certainly during school holidays :)

The one at Open Plaza at Avenida La Marina is quiet good. It's a new place as well.
The manager is very friendly and helpfull. She's makes sure that customers feel welcome and treats her staff with respect.
