I've never seen it, but that doesn't mean it's not for sale somewhere. It's pretty hard to find speciality products here and if lucky enough to find them it's usually the case that they are comparatively expensive. With that in mind I find it best to make for myself as much as possible all of those products I enjoy. It's always a lot less expensive and I also know where, how and with what it was made since I'm looking for the highest quality products if I'm using something for health benefits. No better way to know how organic/natural something is than by making it for yourself. For example I make my own Kombucha for a lot cheaper than I can buy it in a store; even in the states. Very easy. If I let it ferment longer it would turn to vinegar.

I did a quick Google search for "how to make coconut vinegar" and came up with a video and a link. It's a pretty easy thing to make yourself.

Anyone can Google. I am sure he did not Google how to make it nor have I. Most of us do not have the time to home brew as you seem to have time on your hands for.
I too am interested in where to find this. I do not want to hear from the peanut gallery with some loony methods on how to make it but where to buy it, thanks.

Lol. It's as easy and time consuming as brewing a pot of tea. Looney indeed.

I think a good bet would be the organic markets. You can try the one held at Parque Reducto in Miraflores on Saturday morning, or out side the Mercado de Surquillo on Sunday mornings. Even if you cannot find it there, they would be great people to ask. Good luck with that.
