• Generate new clients or up-sell to existing clients.
• Work in a fast-paced work environment managing inbound and outbound calls and/or visiting existing and potential clients.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of our solutions.
• Use CRM and telephone systems.
• Attend business fairs locally and abroad.
• Lead management and processing of prospective clients (inbound and outbound).
• Continuously enter data in CRM system, communicate with clients and close sales.
• Offer prices and solutions that are best suited to the clients´ needs.
• Visit current and prospective clients.
• Attend business fairs and industry-specific events.
• Interact with the Operations area to ensure client satisfaction.
• Meet established productivity objectives related to revenue growth and client retention.
• Prepare sales reports.
• 3 years’ experience in sales, client portfolio development and management of key accounts in
companies that provide Call/Contact Center services.
• University, technical or professional studies in Marketing.
• Intermediate English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Consultative sales.
•Ability to multitask.
• Ability to make decisions independently.
• Answering Service and Contact Center (Call Center) experience.
• Immediate availability.
Hourly pay + commissions (no ceiling) + performance bonuses
