Our Group's subsidiaries serve customers nationwide across the US and operate in a wide-range of industries, and we are now looking to expand into the UK.

We are looking for talented and reliable customer service agents to take phone calls from our prospective clients and develop within our rapidly expanding Miraflores based office. The successful candidate will speak native BRITISH English.


- Respond to inbound telephone calls
- Provide customer service to callers, troubleshoot problems and offer services
- Process client services/orders and take payments
- Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Monday to Friday 3am-11am (Due to UK Time difference
- Payroll Benefits, with EPS (optional)


- Customer service work experience preferred (not essential)
- Knowledge of Computers highly advantageous (not essential)
- Must be a NATIVE BRITISH ENGLISH speaker
- Friendly, yet professional and responsible attitude
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday (3:00am - 11:00am)
- Multi-tasking is a must
- Computer literate


- Competitive base salary in line with current market value
