A company in the commercial real estate appraisal industry in the United States is currently seeking researchers for our appraisal intelligence service group. A researcher’s role is to support our clients in data collection and the crafting of parts of their valuation reports for appraisals. Candidate(s) will be working from our Lima, Peru office in El Derby with our Peru-based team.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
-Very high level of written and spoken English (Ideally a candidate will have lived a few years in an English-speaking country and feel comfortable with a near-native level of English; in lieu of this, a candidate should feel comfortable reading and understanding a high level of English)
-A college degree or a mixture of education and work experience (recent graduates with good command of Excel and otherwise good computer skills are encouraged to apply)
-Enjoy investigating and be impeccably attentive to details.
-Highly organized and skilled at searching for information on the web.
-Comfortable with delicate data entry
-Flexible and have a positive attitude.
-Have a high level of integrity and ethical standards.
Some pluses would be any familiarity with commercial real estate or real estate in general, as well as a basic working knowledge of the United States governmental structures (e.g. What a County or Borough is, some idea of what real property taxes are etc.)
