help with labor law

Postby sunflower » Thu Jul 15, 2010 2:14 pm

Hi guys,

I don’t want to go into detail, but urgently need some independent advice.

Is there anything you can do (besides looking for another job) when an employer doesn’t fulfill his obligations as agreed in your contract and as stipulated by the Peruvian labor law???

If all the contracts are legal, the ministry of trabajo has a great department that accepts complaints.

The problem it presents, even though it is illegal to have a black list, filing a complaint often puts you on a blacklist.

Hire an attorney that specializes in labor law.
