I'm new to this forum having just joined. I am a partner in a medium sized U.S. construction company that has been invited to bid on a construction project in Peru. We are a specialty contractor and have a niche market. The questions I have and could use some assistance with are:
Can anyone recommend a good law firm to guide us through the process of doing business in Peru as a foreign corporation?
Does anyone have a recommendation of where or how we might go about looking for a good bilingual project engineer to assist during the project?
Thanks in advance for any advice.
