Closing business remotely

Postby DoWNLoaD » Thu Dec 08, 2016 11:59 am

Hi,
I have a S.A.C. company in Peru but I don't live there.
Can I close the company remotely?
My accountant says no :(

W/o being an accountant; I would have to agree.
Papers need to have an "original signature"; which can't be accomplished online.
Best wishes.

I am sure you should be able to instigate a "Power of Attorney" with a person of trust, such as your accountant, who would act on your behalf with remote instructions.
