Expats who have purchased a condo in Huaral?

Postby woodchuck » Tue Aug 07, 2018 6:10 pm

My wife & I are considering purchasing a condo in Huaral.
The condo offers all the activities of a swimming pool, barbeque area, a jogging path, etc.
The price per m2 is very high but you have to figure in all the amenities.
Any comments or suggestions?
Thanks.

Sounds sweet.
Are these new builds? Any HOA fees involved?

50 soles a month for maintenance.
These are all new builds in the former fruit fields.
