Likewise, from a sunny San Miguel to, hopefully, a sunny Santa Fe.

Sunny indeed but very cold.

Gas central heating at full power and a bottle of Four Roses for myself and a bottle of Baileys for my gf.

And obviously we were listening to country music.

The menú:

Lobster salad with red fruit.

Seafood chowder.

Bangers and mash with onion gravy.

Mince pies.

All washed down with Vegaverde sparkling rose wine.

Best of 2015 to everyone. I cannot believe how fast 2014 disappeared. Times flies when you are having fun. I am having the best time of my life and hoping all of you can enjoy just as much. I'd say enjoy more than me, but I am not sure that is possible without bursting. :D

I'm for sure going to try, even if it does mean bursting. :D
