Collusion in Peru?

Postby woodchuck » Fri Mar 23, 2018 2:50 pm

I can remember in 2012 when I first came to Peru, there were many 3 X 2 promos.
Now you very rarely see this promo.
Are the major companies willingly & knowingly participating in - collusion?
Anyone have any comments or even facts that would support my theory?

Mikes "happy hour" at the Old Pub used to be 3x2, do not know if it is still that way. Back from Ayacucho, so soon?

That's a personal business decision of Mike.
I am concerned about national issues involving - grocery shopping.
I am a believer in honest competition in the marketplace; there is an appearance of collusion which INDECOPI should look into.

We had a problem with Latam & had to reschedule our honeymoon to Ayacucho.
I posted about this (Latam caused this CRASH) for the benefit of other readers.
Thanks for asking...
