Expats who have purchased a condo in Huaral?

Postby woodchuck » Tue Aug 07, 2018 6:10 pm

My wife & I are considering purchasing a condo in Huaral.
The condo offers all the activities of a swimming pool, barbeque area, a jogging path, 24/7 manned security, etc.
The price per m2 is very high but you have to figure in all the amenities.
Any comments or suggestions?
Thanks.

Sounds sweet.
Are these new builds? Any HOA fees involved?

50 soles a month for maintenance for a casita & shared pool.
Ours is 62 m2 with no extra land; other options could be as much as 1,000 m2 with a large home.
I would imagine the HOA fees would be more, but not sure.
These are all new builds in the former fruit fields (mostly mandarina).
