Most of Peruvians are totally unaware that Peru has a big tradition making Hats ... A good collection is at the Museum ..

Those are okay if you're trying to make a fashion statement but not good for being out in the sun.
For that purpose, nothing beats a good ole Mexican sombrero.

Sorry, but if you read the article carefully, the museum is still just a dream.

Too bad though.. it would be interesting to some people.
